Self Help Project
for individuals and groups
Purpose
To use personal and/or group consciousness
to accelerate the resolution of any problem in your life.
Proposed participants (If a group)
Current___________ people with the common
goal (Individuals spouses and family. Members an organization
etc.) who are willing to spend few moment up to 15 minutes
a day to use their thoughts, intent and consciousness.
Required assumptions for
participants:
A. Beliefs create reality rather than
reality determines our beliefs. When you believe that
reality creates your beliefs, you assert little or no
ability to solve your problems, achieve your goals and
better your life.
B. Our intents, beliefs/thoughts and feeling
contribute to the creations we are experiencing. It is
up to us to change these so we can improve our reality.
Additional helpful assumptions:
1. Forgiveness is essential to the betterment
of our reality. When we refuse to forgive we choose to
hold to the belief that we are victims, which will attract
further victimization to our life in various forms.
2. While people may have done us wrong.
it is not up to us to judge them. Our negative thoughts/feeling
about them cause stress and attract more negative circumstances
to our lives. Therefore forgiving and releasing ourselves
from any judgments NO MATTER What happened. Stops our
continuous self-victimization. As long as we “Play God”
by holding on to judgments we drain our life energy.We
may never have all the facts why somebody hurt us and
why we attracted him/her them to our lives. So it is better
to forgive, let go and let GOD.
3. The simplest most efficient way to
resolve any problems is to forgive and project love to
everybody involved in the situation. INCLUDING those who
hurt us. Once you did the process for your own personal
benefit, feel free to extend non-judgment and love to
any person, organization in your country and in the world,
which you believe has done wrong to you and/or humanity.
Benefit to the participants:
1. I expect that all participants in this
process experience less stress, more well-being and improvement
in any aspect of their life.
2. I expect resolution of current issues/problems
with people/organizations who caused you suffering in
your life. Project Description: Time and frequency: Whenever
you are relaxed: as you fall asleep, take a relaxing time
off, first thing as you wake up in the morning, etc. Do
the process once a day or more for few moments up to 15
minutes if possible.
Once you are familiar with the process
you can do it any time of the day while doing your daily
activities.
Description.
Step One:
For Individuals and groups: Feel how it
would it feel if everything in your life is already perfect.
Allow yourself to experience these wonderful feelings
without any need to understand or apologize for them.
See, visualize or think of wonderful experiences in your
life as the result of them being perfect. Surround yourself
with these feelings and extend them to all the people
in your life: Family, friends, co-workers, organizations
etc.
Step Two
For Group:
Feel how it would it feel if ____________
(the project, for a group) has resolved all current problems,
and all goals have been achieved PERFECTLY and much better
than you have ever expected. See, visualize or think of
wonderful experiences in your life as the result of the
resolution or achievement of the goal. Surround yourself
with these feelings (Love, gratitude, peace etc.) and
extend them to all the people in your life: Family, friends,
co-workers, organizations etc.
Or
Step Two
For an individuals:
Feel how it would it feel if ____________
(your family, friends your community, country, your continent,
our planet) has resolved all problems PERFECTLY. Imagine
any person, groups, organizations, politicians; religions
etc. whom you believe have caused harm to you or humanity,
transformed into the most wonderful, peaceful and loving
people/entities/organizations. Surround yourself with
these feelings (Love, gratitude, peace etc) and extend
them to all people, groups, organizations, politicians;
religions etc. whom you believe have caused harm to you
or humanity.
Additional suggestions:
Forgive yourself for being involved in
this if you blame yourself or feel guilty. Forgive anybody
you believe caused and or contributed to the problem.
Let go from all judgments you have about yourself and
them and project unconditional love to them yourself and
all our members and their families.
